Dallas Grove invites Mary Ann McKean and her sister Cathy Lyle into the studio to share memories of growing-up in Oakhurst.  The Larkin family started out caring for the large homes in the area during the "offseason."  They also owned a home in Oakhurst, and Larkin Place goes into the land that was once the family's property.  Mary Ann and Cathy are descendants of the Larkins and discuss the small town Oakhurst of years gone by that they grew up in.

The Township of Ocean Historical Museum, founded in 1984, is a member-supported, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Its headquarters, the Eden Woolley House, is one of the few 18th-century structures still in existence in the Township. The museum serves as the ancestral home to every citizen of the Township of Ocean.
